Nothing: Ranked is a competitive stillness simulator where users attempt to remain perfectly still for as long as possible. The Service includes:

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You agree to:

By submitting usernames, custom achievements, or other content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the Service.

5.3 Custom Achievements

For users who purchase custom achievement creation:

All submissions are subject to approval
We reserve the right to reject inappropriate content
Approved achievements become part of the Service
Refunds are not provided for rejected submissions

6. Donations and Payments

6.1 Voluntary Nature

All donations and purchases are voluntary. Nothing: Ranked is free to play, and donations support continued development.

6.2 No Refunds

All donations and purchases are final and non-refundable, except:

Technical errors resulting in duplicate charges
Failure to deliver purchased perks within 7 days
Exceptional circumstances at our discretion

6.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

7. Leaderboards and Rankings

Leaderboards are publicly visible
We reserve the right to remove suspicious or illegitimate scores
Leaderboard positions are not guaranteed
We may reset leaderboards for seasonal events or updates

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

Violate these Terms of Service
Engage in fraudulent activity
Abuse or harass other users
Attempt to harm the Service

You may delete your account at any time through account settings.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

9.1 Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Accuracy of leaderboards or statistics
Availability of specific features

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nothing Industries shall not be liable for:

Loss of data or progress
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

While Nothing: Ranked encourages stillness, users should take regular breaks, maintain proper posture, and consult healthcare professionals if experiencing discomfort.
